CHRIS EUBANK is plotting a sensational return to the ring

The eccentric two-time world champion has even phoned fellow golden oldie Nigel Benn to offer a rematch and would love to box on the same bill as his son Christopher Jnr.
Eubank Snr, 45, last fought in 1998 — when he was beaten by Carl Thompson in Sheffield — but is now a stone LIGHTER at 12st 7lb.
He declared: “I’m a light-heavyweight now and when I look at 47-year-old Bernard Hopkins I think, ‘If he can do it, why can’t I?’
“To get back into the gym? Wow. To be hit again, to be hit in the chest, to be able to withstand a shot to the face, that is a dream for me, it is my fantasy.
“I was even talking to Nigel Benn and I said: ‘Come on kid, we’ve got to get it back on’.
“It would be a fantasy for me to actually box again, especially on the same bill as my son.”
Christopher Junior is now four fights into a very promising pro career and watching the youngster in action has given his dad the urge to return.
Eubank won the WBO middleweight title by stopping Benn back in 1990.
The pair then drew in the rematch at Old Trafford three years later. Eubank said: “First I would needed public backing. I would never want to do anything to compromise the respect I seem to have as a boxer.”
Eubank also lifted the lid on a top-secret adoption plan which turned his son from a hopeless street brawler to a potential world champion.

Philpott, 55, and his 31-year-old wife were arrested yesterday morning. Five days after the fire they appeared at a press conference where they cried as they thanked those who tried to save their children.
The couple are due to appear at Southern Derbyshire Magistrates' Court in Derby tomorrow morning.

Gay Men To Be Hanged For Sodomy

Gay Men To Be Hanged For Sodomy
Four Iranian gay men are due to be executed for sodomy under their nation's Shari'a laws, Pink News is reporting.
The four men -- identified by the Human Rights Activist News Agency in Iran as Saadat Arefi, Vahid Akbari, Javid Akbari and Houshmand Akbari -- are set to be hanged after their guilty verdict was approved recently by high court judges.
"I am horrified and saddened to have heard the news about these four men," London-based Iranian human rights lawyer Mehri Jafari is quoted by Pink News and LGBTQ Nation as saying. "Not only with regards to the execution which is about to take place, but the fact that is beyond our control."
The news comes just two days ahead of the release of a new report on lesbian, gay, bisexual and transgender people in Iran, which will highlight the problems they face in their own country and when they flee into exile, according to Gay Star News.

Up to 450,000 children to lose their extra help for special needs

As many as 450,000 children could be removed from school special needs registers because they have been wrongly labelled as requiring extra help, the Government will announce today.

Campaigners fear the cuts could leave thousands of children "cut adrift". One in five school children in England is on the register.
The rules are designed to toughen up the diagnosis of behavioural and learning problems, amid concerns that schools are abusing the system to disguise poor teaching and climb league tables.

‘I will find those scum’

FATHER AND DAUGHTER: A photo provided by the Ramischand family, shows prominent local attorney Odai Ramischand with his daughter Nikita in better times.
Frustrated over the failure of the Guyana police to find the main suspect and accomplice in the brutal murder of his 18-year-old daughter, prominent attorney Odai Ramischand yesterday vowed to travel to Guyana to find his daughter’s killers all by himself.
Yesterday marked eighteen days since Ramischand’s daughter Nikita, a second-year ACCA student, was killed at her St Joseph home. Her throat was slashed by the killers, who also stabbed her six times in the abdomen. The killer and his accomplice were captured on CCTV cameras leaving the Piarco International Airport on the morning of April 26, almost five hours after Nikita was found murdered. Since then, police in Guyana have been combing several parts of the country in the hope of finding the killer and his accomplice but are yet to make any headway.

In an interview with Newsday on Friday, the suspect’s mother, who lives in an area known as Soesdyke, admitted that her son visited her one day after Nikita’s murder, but said she had not seen him since. On Friday she made a stirring plea for him to surrender to the police.

However, yesterday, Ramischand, who has not been able to work since his daughter was killed, said he will not rest until justice is served.

“I am prepared to do what is necessary to bring to justice those two filthy, inhumane scums of the earth who killed my daughter, and take them in a pickup van to the police, because unless something is done I will not be able to resume my life. Life has no meaning to me again and while I do not want to take the law into my own hands, if it reaches to that I surely will, even if I have to give up law for the ultimate. I am prepared to pay the price for the honour of my daughter, give up my law practice, even serve time in jail, because I am a lone ranger seeking justice to avenge my daughter’s death.”

He added that he will be winding down operations at his Port-of-Spain office and travelling to Guyana shortly, where his “network of persons” have already put things in place for the search of the two criminals. He added that he is prepared to walk through miles of forest, cross as many rivers as possible, and expose himself to the elements to find the persons who took away his daughter.

An emotional Ramischand accused the government of Guyana of being hopeless and hapless, and said he will be joining the opposition in Guyana to ensure that the current government never gets into power again, because he feels that they have not done enough to find the killers.

He reiterated, “I am going to find both killers myself, I have no confidence in the Guyana police.”

Ramischand said his advice to the two killers is to surrender now, because if they are innocent they should not be in hiding. He added, however, that if they do not surrender, they should be prepared to face the consequences. He said, “I would go to the end of the world to find those killers, and believe you me I will get them, and if I do not get them somebody else will have to pay the price.”

Ramischand said his last information is that the two men were heading in the Berbice area, and his network in Guyana has promised him that the men will be captured dead or alive.

Ramischand, who is Guyanese- born, said he knows Guyana very well and is not afraid to make day into night to find the killers. He said the spot at the back of his wife’s beauty salon where his daughter was murdered is now being lit with electronic lights round the clock, and this will be lit forever. He added that images of his daughter taking her last breath of life still haunt him, and he is not the same person he used to be.

“I am hurting, really hurting, because my family and I never hurt anyone and those criminals violated the sanctity of my premises by taking away the love of my life, and they will pay dearly for that, “Ramischand vowed. Checks with the Guyana police yesterday revealed that every attempt was being made to find the two suspects, but police believe they are being assisted by persons.

Sunday Newsday also understands that the mother and other relatives of the main suspect have fled their home and are now in hiding because of threats issued to them by members of a vigilante group. In an interview with Newsday on Friday, the main suspect’s mother said she was afraid to stay at home because of threats issued to her family.

94-Year-Old Beaten In Her Bed

This picture was released at the request of Mrs Winnall's family

Specially-trained police are preparing to speak to a 94-year-old grandmother who was attacked while she was asleep in her bed at home.

Emma Winnall, from Moseley in Birmingham, was assaulted after going to sleep on April 30, in an attack which left her with a fractured skull, a broken arm and wrist, a partially-severed finger and other injuries.
The grandmother-of-seven remains in hospital having undergone emergency surgery, including having metal plates inserted into her arm.

Detectives have so far been unable to determine a motive for the attack - and it is not thought anything was stolen.
Police remain in the area to reassure locals and also to appeal for help in tracking down the attacker.
The photograph of Mrs Winnall - who worked during World War II in an armaments factory - in hospital was released at the request of her daughter as part of the police appeal.
Detective Chief Inspector Sarb Johal said police believed "an implement of some sort" was used in the attack.
He said: "This is a truly sickening attack on a defenceless, frail lady as she slept in her own home.
"Mrs Winnall had nothing of note to steal; it was a senseless assault."
One neighbour told Sky News: "It's disgusting. Only the lowest of the low would do that.
"It's just scary that it can happen on your doorstep and that someone could do that to an old woman."

Man forgotten in cell drank urine to survive

Daniel Chong, the UC San Diego student who was left in a Drug Enforcement Agency holding cell for nearly five days, said the time spent in his cell was a life-altering experience. (Screenshot from NBC video / www.nbcsandiego.com)

A San Diego college student was left in a cell for five days without food, water or access to a toilet by federal drug agents. He says he drank his own urine to stay alive, and even tried to etch a message to his mother in his own arm.
Twenty-four-year-old Daniel Chong says he was forgotten in a five-by-10-foot (1.6 x 2.3m) windowless cell after being arrested by the Drug Enforcement Administration agents on April 21.
Daniel was questioned, and then the agents told him he could go home. One agent even offered him a ride, Chong told the media on Tuesday. No criminal charges were filed against him.
Then he found himself in a cell where he could not spread his arms out wide.
“They never came back, ignored all my cries and I still don’t know what happened,” he added. “I’m not sure how they could forget me.”
It is still unclear how he could have been completely forgotten: the man informed the reporters he could even hear DEA employees and people in neighboring cells.
He says he kicked and screamed as loudly as he could, but apparently his cries for help, for water, and for food went ignored, or perhaps unheard, by the agents.
"I had to recycle my own urine," he said. "I had to do what I had to do to survive."
By the third day, Chong said he was hallucinating. At some point he ingested a white powder DEA agents said was left in the cell accidentally. Later testing revealed the substance was methamphetamine.
Believing he would die in the cell, he said he bit into the lenses of his glasses, scratching the message “sorry Mom” on his wrist. He also apparently swallowed some of the shards.
When he was found on April 25, he was taken to a hospital and treated for cramps, dehydration and a perforated lung – the result of ingesting the broken glass.
He spent three days in the intensive care unit at Sharp Hospital and his kidneys were reportedly close to failing.
The agency has no explanation to the case. A DEA official told NBC San Diego on Sunday, before Chong's name had been released, that the man was locked up four days, not five “DEA plans to thoroughly review both the events and detention procedures on April 21st and after,'' their statement says.
The University of California, San Diego, engineering student was arrested at a party along among nine suspects on April 21 in a drug raid. One of them was released and seven arrestees were booked at the county jail.
At the party the agents seized "18,000 ecstasy pills, marijuana, hallucinogenic mushrooms, a Russian rifle, two handguns and thousands of rounds of ammunition."
Chong and his lawyer Gene Iredale, who compared Chong’s experience to the infamous Abu Ghraib prison in Iraq, promised they will file with the federal court system on Wednesday.
If the claim is denied, the lawyer will proceed with filing a federal lawsuit.
San Diego defense attorney Gretchen Von Helms said Daniel Chong could get millions of dollars in compensation.
"In all my years of practice I've never heard of the DEA or any Federal government employee simply forgetting about someone that they have in their care," she told NBC San Diego

Baby-Snatcher Admits Killing Child's Mother

A nurse in Texas who had suffered a miscarriage has admitted to shooting a young mother dead and taking her three-day old baby.

In a case that has shocked America, the mother was leaving a paediatric clinic with her child when her attacker, Verna McClain, fired at her repeatedly.
The killer then drove away with Kala Marie Golden's infant son, who was then found on Tuesday evening unharmed.
McClain has been charged with capital murder over the death of 28-year-old Ms Golden. She has pleaded guilty to shooting her victim and abducting her newborn baby.
Keegan Schuchardt
Police issued an alert when Keegan Golden was kidnapped
Authorities have confirmed McClain had suffered a recent miscarriage. She had reportedly told her fiance that she had given birth to his child and pretended Keegan was her own baby.
Prosecutors claim McClain shot the mother as part of a plan to kidnap any child that day. Golden was tragically in the wrong place at the wrong time.
Three-day-old Keegan Golden was found with Corina Jackson, McClain's sister. He has been handed over to his relatives.
Witnesses described seeing Golden being shot by another woman who then snatched her baby and began to drive away in a car.
The dying woman leaned into the vehicle and tried to take Keegan back, screaming: "My baby", but her attacker sped away.
McClain is thought to be a vocational nurse, married with two children but separated from her partner.

Wrongfully Jailed Police Officer Awarded £800,000 Payout

A police officer who was wrongfully jailed after a malicious prosecution brought by colleagues in Cleveland Police has been awarded more than £800,000 in compensation.

Sultan Alam was a police constable in 1994 when he was accused of being involved in a 'car ringing' scam.
He was jailed for handling stolen goods two years later.
The 49-year-old father of two said he endured ‘years of shame and humiliation’ that cost him two marriages and his health but claimed the result was all about the principle – not the money.
He said outside court: It does not appear to me that lessons have been learned from the last 17 years. Safeguards need to be put in place or improved to ensure that this never happens again.
Cleveland Police  admitted offences including malicious prosecution at Leeds county court and will pay Mr Alam £841,430.
The court heard the former traffic officer was ‘stitched up’ by fellow officers as a result of launching race discrimination proceedings in 1993.

Angry Ex Drives Boyfriend's Car Into Bowling Alley

CCTV pictures have been released, showing how a woman was - literally - driven to take revenge over a relationship split.

A jilted lover crashed her ex-boyfriend's car into the bowling alley where he worked after he changed his Facebook status to "single", a court heard.
Spurned Claire Holley, 31, got drunk and ploughed through the glass doors in her ex's Ford Focus.
She came to rest against the reception desk where he worked, Bolton Crown Court heard.
Her former boyfriend, Davy Jones, the father of one of her two children, had earlier ended the relationship and changed his Facebook status to single, the court heard.
Holley destroyed £14,000 of equipment at the Hollywood Bowl at Middlebrook in
Horwich, near Bolton, Greater Manchester, on January 25 this year.
She admitted at an earlier hearing to driving dangerously, drink-driving and two assaults on police officers as she was restrained.

The defendant was sentenced to nine months in jail, suspended for two years, when she appeared at the court.
She was also banned from the road for 18 months for drink-driving.
Holley was also given a two-year community order with a four-month curfew between 8pm and 7am.
Geoff Whelan, prosecuting, told the court Holley and Mr Jones had been in a two-year relationship and had one child together.
On January 25 she dropped Mr Jones off at his workplace but during the evening was texting him, pleading with him not to leave and to come back home.
Mr Jones turned his phone off and Holley wrote on Facebook that she was heartbroken and crushed.

Holley, of Seddon Street, Little Hulton, then left her children, aged 11 and five, with Mr Jones' sister and set off in Mr Jones's car.
She had drunk half a bottle of wine and a couple of large vodkas.
Witnesses saw her parked up and revving the engine before ploughing through bollards and the glass entrance of the bowling alley at speed.
Mr Jones was seen to run towards the smashed vehicle, shouting: "You have wrecked my car!"
Two off-duty police officers stepped in to help and were bitten and scratched by Holley as they tried to restrain her.

Recorder Robert Crawford, passing sentence, told the defendant she was spared jail by the "skin of your teeth".
Outside court, Nazir Afzal, chief crown prosecutor for the North West, said: "It was extremely fortunate that no members of the public suffered serious harm as a result of her extraordinarily dangerous driving.
"She drove her car at the public entrance to the bowling alley with reckless disregard as to what or who she would strike. The consequences could have been horrific.
"Using the car as a weapon is dangerous driving at its worst. The Crown Prosecution Service is dedicated to prosecute those who drive without regard for others."

'I BEAT ALIYAH TO DEATH'

An 18-year-old Siparia woman yesterday confessed to punching to death two-year-old Aliyah Johnson in a fit of rage because the girl drank her beer.

The woman told investigators that she punched Aliyah twice in the stomach for drinking the remains of her last beer.

Aliyah later complained of abdominal pains and was rushed to the Siparia Health Facility where she later succumbed to internal injuries.

On Wednesday, an autopsy performed on Aliyah by pathologist Dr Valery Alexandrov revealed she died from blunt force abdominal trauma and acute internal blood loss. So severe was the blow to her belly that it ruptured her liver causing her to bleed to death. There was no sign of sexual abuse. Toxicology tests are to be done on tissue samples taken from Aliyah’s body.

Up to late yesterday, investigators were “tying up loose ends” and “authenticating statements” before approaching Director of Public Prosecutions Roger Gaspard today on how to proceed with the case.

The beating of Aliyah is believed to have taken place at about 5.30 pm, on Easter Sunday, inside a 10 x 10 galvanise room built under a house at Maria David Trace, San Francique in Penal.

Officers of the Siparia Police Station reported that at about 7.45 pm on Sunday, they received a report from staff at the nearby Siparia Health Facility that an unresponsive child with marks of violence about her body had been brought in for medical attention.

Shortly after the girl’s death, the woman and a 23-year-old man were detained by investigators. Up to last night, the teenager and the man were still being interrogated at the Siparia CID where they have been since Sunday night.

In her confession statement to police officers, the woman claimed she was accustomed to feeding Aliyah beer and was “sorry for her actions.”

The suspect confessed that on Easter Sunday, while in the galvanise room, she drank beer and ingested drugs and believes the potent mix may have caused her to become enraged.

She went on to express remorse for her actions and told officers she was “extremely sorry” for cutting short the life of the only human being she felt ever showed her love.

Officers of the Southern Homicide Bureau returned to the scene yesterday and seized a beer bottle from which Aliyah may have drunk before she was cuffed to death.

Following Aliyah’s death on Sunday, there were several conflicting reports on how the little girl may have died.

According to reports, on February 21, Aliyah and the suspect moved into a house the 23-year-old man shared with his relatives but conflict arose and the three of them moved downstairs into a makeshift galvanise room.

The owner of the house Ramjohn Hosein, 67, told Newsday that he always felt sorry for Aliyah whose life was a daily struggle.

“I didn’t like what I was seeing when they came here to live. Aliyah was such a nice child but she was not cared for. Up to when she was lying here on two cushions fighting for her life, (the suspect) sit down holding the child. I say, ‘call the ambulance, that child have to go to the hospital.’ (The suspect) curse me telling me that it is not my business,” Hosein said yesterday.

“I leave and walk out the road, because it could have trouble. I talk to her (suspect) about giving the child beer to drink, she steups and light she cigarette ignoring me completely.”

Hosein spoke of numerous occasions the other occupants of the house had to give Aliyah food and clothes.

“She was a child not responsible for herself. We couldn’t have the others eat and she go hungry,” Hosein added. “We see her (suspect) beat the child so badly and call her names that your belly will churn.”

Hosein gave a signed witness statement to the police yesterday.

He said he knew Aliyah was never sexually abused while living among his children and grandchildren despite all the rumours. He said he was relieved the autopsy results showed there was no sign of sexual abuse.

“She was a loving child and no one would ever want to hurt her. The only reason we never took her is because we couldn’t afford to. (The suspect) wanted us to go to court and legally adopt her. Maybe we should have done that. She would have been alive today.”

'I'm glad John Lennon is dead': Mel Gibson facing fresh outrage over rant claims

The Beatles icon was not the only target of Gibson’s attacks, according to claims by top screenwriter Joe Eszterhas.

Controversial Hollywood star Mel Gibson faced fresh outrage yesterday over claims he saidJohn Lennon deserved to die.
The astonishing allegation was made by top screenwriter Joe Eszterhas in a leaked nine-page letter to the Braveheart actor.
Eszterhas, best known for the Sharon Stone hit Basic Instinct, wrote the script for Gibson’s planned film about biblical Jewish hero Judah Maccabee.
But after his screenplay was rejected by Warner Brothers studio this week, he launched a string of attacks on Gibson, who he says sabotaged the project.
He alleges Gibson once ranted about the murdered ex-Beatle: “I’m glad he’s dead. He deserved to be shot.”
Gibson, 56, allegedly added: “He was f*****g messianic. Listen to the songs! Imagine. I hate that f*****g song,”

The music icon, who was shot dead outside his New York apartment by a demented fan in 1980, was not the only target of Gibson’s attacks, Eszterhas says.
In the letter, the screenwriter, 67, wrote that the star “hates Jews”, called the Holocaust “horses**t”.
Eszterhas – who is Jewish – also claimed Gibson only pitched The Maccabees to “deflect continuing charges of anti-Semitism”.
During an arrest for drink-driving in 2006, the Oscar-winner reportedly launched an outspoken attack on Jews, saying they were “responsible for all the wars in the world”.
Eszterhas also said Gibson referred to Jews as “oven-dodgers” and “Jewboys” and said the only reason he was making the film was “to convert the Jews to Christianity”.
The letter also says: “It seemed that most times when we discussed someone, you asked ‘He’s a Hebe (Jew) isn’t he?’ You said most ‘gatekeepers’ of American companies were ‘Hebes’ who ‘controlled their bosses’.”

2 Year Old Aliyah beaten then bled to death

Two-year-old Aliyah Johnson suffered a blow to her belly that was so forceful her liver ruptured, causing her to bleed to death.

Pathologist Dr Valery Alexandrov, after performing an autopsy on Aliyah, determined she died as a result of blunt force abdominal trauma and acute internal blood loss.

The pathologist spent almost three hours at the Forensic Science Centre, St James carefully examining the body of the young girl, who died on Easter Sunday, to determine the cause of her death. There was no sign of sexual abuse.

Blood, urine and tissue samples have been taken for further tests including toxicology.

Police reported, at about 7.45 pm on Sunday, they received a report by staff at the Siparia District Health Facility that an unresponsive two-year-old child had been brought to the hospital, bearing marks of violence about her body, and bleeding from her vagina.

Since then, two relatives who were said to be with baby Aliyah when she suffered her injuries at a house along Maria David Trace, Siparia, have been detained at separate police stations.

One of the suspects, a woman, told police that she last saw Aliyah alive on Sunday evening when a male relative took the girl for a bath.

However, it had also been reported that the teenager had told relatives that the girl had fallen off her bed.

With the results of the autopsy at hand, police investigators have informed Newsday that they intend to officially classify the death as a murder and would be approaching the Director of Public Prosecutions, Roger Gaspard SC, in the near future, possibly as early as today.

It was said that statements were expected to be taken from the two relatives in custody late yesterday as well as from baby Aliyah’s aunt Marisa Johnson. However, up to press time it could not be confirmed if the statements had been recorded.

Speaking to Newsday yesterday at the Forensic Science Centre, following the autopsy, a very emotional Marisa Johnson said her family was still in terrible shock over the loss of baby Aliyah and that her father had taken the news the hardest, and was forced to visit his doctor repeatedly this week.

She said she was pleased so far with the work of the police investigators and she was hoping for a “proper outcome” now that the autopsy had been completed.

“According to the findings, Aliyah’s abdomen had been hit, causing her liver to rupture, which in turn caused her to bleed out through her private parts. Thankfully, there were no findings of sexual assault. The report also shows that she had several marks of violence on her skin,” Johnson said.

“Dr Alexandrov said that most likely she was beaten and the marks were a result of the acts of violence. Right now, we simply want justice for this atrocity. The person who did this must be put away,” Johnson said.

Johnson, a mother of four, explained that contrary to various media reports, baby Aliyah was not the result of an unwanted pregnancy, and she was very loved and appreciated by her mother.

“I don’t understand how this information is circulating. It is completely false. Her mother wanted that child so badly. In fact it was I who offered to take the baby from her when we found out she was having a girl, because at the time I had three sons, she was just a teen and I desperately wanted a daughter. But she said no. She was very excited to be a mom and she loved that child with all her heart,” Johnson recalled.

Funeral arrangements are expected to be made today, with the services most likely taking place on Saturday morning.

Psychologist faked death after using benefits scam to pay for wife's breast job

A benefits cheat, Stephen Kellaway, who faked his own death to avoid prosecution after stealing thousands to pay for his wife's breast enlargement has been jailed.

The 54 year-old had illegally claimed more than £43,000 in housing benefits despite a vast property portfolio worth more than £1 million.
The psychologist, who also earned £100,000 a year from his counselling service, used the money to fund a breast enlargement for his third wife Nelli, 43.
The pair, who owned five properties throughout London, fraudulently claimed benefits while also sending their children to private school.
But when the father-of-two feared the authorities had uncovered the fraud he faked his own death during a family trip to Moscow to avoid jail and fled to Thailand.
Mrs Kellaway, who met her husband in 1997, claimed he died on a family trip to her native Russia where she underwent the cosmetic surgery.
She returned to Britain with a fake death certificate and an urn that was claimed to have contained his ashes.

The pair had planned to collect a £1.7 million life insurance payout but were forced to abandon their plan after benefit fraud officers from Hammersmith and Fulham council launched an investigation.
He was eventually tracked down to Bangkok airport, where he was living rough and living in fear of being deported after losing his job teaching English to schoolchildren.
He had used a false Irish passport of a deceased seven-year-old boy and was extradited back to London in December.
On Thursday Kellaway, formerly of Shepherds Bush, west London was sentenced at Croydon Crown Court to 32 months jail.
He had pleaded guilty to three charges of benefit fraud and one of identity fraud at an earlier hearing. The total fraud amounted to more than £43,000 in what Judge Shani Barnes described as "cynical and selfish” scam.
“People such as yourself who criminally steal from (others) undermine that system and demolish its credibility,” she added.

Upon her return to Britain, Mrs Kellaway was arrested and in 2010 convicted of three counts of fraud and two counts of money laundering.
She was handed a 24 week sentence suspended for 18-months after she told a judge her "abusive" husband had coerced her.
A spokesman for the council said last night: “You can run but you cannot hide. No matter what you do, if you decide to commit benefit fraud you will eventually get busted.
"This rogue went to extraordinary lengths to avoid detection and now he is exactly where he deserves to be – prison.

"This case shows that wherever you run to you will eventually be tracked down and made to pay for your crimes."
Mrs Kellaway, who did attend court on Thursday, has been forced to pay back £55,000 through the Proceeds of Crime Act.
